I grew up in Bellingham, WA and obtained my massage license from Whatcom Community College in 2022. Prior to massage school, I attended Western Washington University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science majoring in Kinesiology with a pre-healthcare designation in 2021. My degree program allowed me to study human movement from mechanical, developmental, physiological, pathological, and psychological perspectives.
I bring a knowledgeable and attentive touch to every session. I use a variety of methods including Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, and neuromuscular techniques. I am skilled in treating trigger points and releasing fascial restrictions that cause the body to hold tension and have decreased mobility.
In addition, I have taken introductory continuing education in techniques such as Trager, structural work, and reiki, which aids in my ability to provide lulling relaxation, release, and comfort. These methods also help decrease guarding and restore energetic balance. I have also attended the 16 hours of specialized training required in Washington state to do draped and undraped breast & chest massage. I love the learning aspect of massage and enjoy acquiring new skills to expand what I can offer to clients.

During my career so far, I have gained experience working with a diverse range of clientele. This includes prenatal, postpartum, pre- and post-operative recovery, athletes, seniors, veterans with PTSD, people with disabilities, people with chronic pain, students, high-stress executives, other healthcare providers, and minors 12-17 years old.
